Ambassador Program
Introduction
The Dropsy Ambassador Program is a decentralized layer of contributors who understand the protocol, believe in its vision, and represent it across X and builder communities.
Ambassadors are not paid promoters, they are independent voices who communicate Dropsy through their own credibility and understanding.
The program rewards quality, consistency, and meaningful contribution over volume.
Program Philosophy
-
Quality over quantity
A small group of informed ambassadors will always outperform a large group producing low-signal content. -
Independent by design
Ambassadors act on their own initiative. They do not wait for instructions to create, engage, or contribute. -
Long-term presence over short-term hype
Consistency over time builds trust and authority far more than bursts of activity. -
Builder-focused communication
Dropsy speaks to developers and project teams. Content should reach and resonate with this audience. -
Authenticity above all
Every ambassador communicates in their own voice — not through copied messaging or forced narratives.
Ambassador Tiers
The program operates across three tiers: Contributor, Advocate, and Senate.
As you progress, your role evolves from execution to influence:
- Contributor → consistency and content output
- Advocate → quality, positioning, and collaboration
- Senate → strategy, narrative direction, and ecosystem impact
Each level represents increased responsibility, ownership, and influence within the ecosystem.
How to Apply
Applications are submitted directly through a support ticket in the Dropsy Discord server.
To apply, open a ticket and include:
- A short introduction about yourself
- Your X (Twitter) handle
- How you believe you can contribute to the Dropsy ecosystem
The Ambassador Program uses a two-layer entry process designed to ensure alignment, quality, and long-term commitment.
Not every applicant enters the program directly. Selection is based on fit, intent, and early signal quality.
Step 1: Pre-Selection Review
Applicants are first reviewed by the Dropsy team.
This stage evaluates:
- Alignment with Dropsy’s vision and builder-focused narrative
- Quality of previous content (if available)
- Communication clarity and intent
- Overall fit for the ecosystem
Selected applicants are invited to the Simulation Phase.
Step 2: 15-Day Simulation Phase
Approved applicants enter a 15-day simulation period.
This is not a guaranteed onboarding, it is a real-time evaluation of contribution potential.
During this phase, participants are expected to:
- Create and engage with Dropsy-related content
- Participate in ecosystem discussions and amplification
- Demonstrate consistency, initiative, and understanding of the narrative
The focus is not volume, but signal quality, alignment, and behavior under real conditions.
After the simulation period, participants are evaluated by the team.
Those who meet the required standard are activated as:
Tier 1 | Contributor
Only candidates who demonstrate consistency, alignment, and meaningful contribution are onboarded into the Ambassador Program.
TIER 1 | CONTRIBUTOR
Who This Is
New ambassadors who have proven their intent through action.
They demonstrated commitment and consistency during the simulation phase and earned their place in the program.
This is the execution tier, where consistency matters more than scale.
Core Responsibilities
- Create: Minimum of 2 original posts per week about Dropsy on X
- Amplify: Actively engage with Dropsy content (replies, reposts, meaningful interactions)
- Align: Stay consistent with Dropsy’s narrative, messaging, and posting rhythm
Access and Rewards
- Access to the ambassador-only channel
- Contributor role in Discord
- Base amplification within the Dropsy ecosystem
- Base eligibility for the Ambassador allocation pool
- Early access to updates before public announcements
TIER 2 | ADVOCATE
Who This Is
Ambassadors who have spent sufficient time in Tier 1 (minimum ~6 weeks) and developed a clear understanding of Dropsy’s architecture and narrative.
This tier marks the shift from execution → quality and positioning.
Core Responsibilities
- Create: At least one high-quality post per week (thread, explainer, or ecosystem reaction)
- Amplify with intent: Engage through meaningful replies, discussions, and positioning
- Guide Contributors: Support Tier 1 through example and interaction
- Participate: Join or host at least 1 AMA / session per month
Access and Rewards
- Advocate role with elevated Discord permissions
- Priority amplification within the ecosystem
- Early access to the on-chain referral system
- Higher allocation from the Ambassador pool
- Direct line to the community lead for coordination and feedback
TIER 3 | SENATE
Who This Is
Top-performing ambassadors selected by invitation only.
They have consistently delivered high-quality contributions and demonstrated leadership, reliability, and strategic thinking.
At this level, ambassadors transition from contributors to ecosystem operators and senior advisors within the Dropsy network.
Core Responsibilities
-
Lead initiatives (by assignment or proposal approval)
Own selected campaigns, content directions, or growth experiments from ideation to execution. -
Set narrative standards
Produce and review high-signal content that helps define Dropsy’s positioning and messaging during key moments. -
Coordinate amplification efforts
Align Tier 1 and Tier 2 contributors during campaigns to maximize reach and consistency. -
Mentor contributors and advocates
Guide lower tiers through example, feedback, and support. -
Support ecosystem growth (BD enablement)
Identify and introduce relevant projects, builders, or communities.
Facilitate connections, not finalize deals or commitments. -
Represent Dropsy externally
Participate in X Spaces, community events, and ecosystem discussions when invited or relevant. -
Provide strategic input
Share insights, feedback, and opportunities from within the ecosystem to inform internal direction.
Access and Rewards
- Senate role (highest status within the ambassador program)
- Maximum amplification priority across the ecosystem
- Highest allocation tier from the Ambassador pool
- Direct access to core team / founders for feedback loops
- Early and extended access to internal systems (e.g. referral mechanisms)
- Participation in selected internal discussions as an advisory layer
Evaluation System
The evaluation system operates on two independent signals: internal contribution within tiers and external impact across the ecosystem.
Layer 1: Peer Contribution Signal
Each tier evaluates itself through a monthly peer voting system.
Ambassadors vote for contributors within their same tier.
This layer does NOT measure overall quality or promotion eligibility.
It measures internal contribution and ecosystem participation within the tier.
What it evaluates:
- Engagement with other ambassadors’ content
- Supportiveness and consistency within the tier
- Participation in Dropsy-related discussions and amplification
This layer reflects the health and cohesion of each tier as a working group.
Layer 2: Strategic Impact Evaluation
Tier 3 Senate members and the core team evaluate ambassadors across all tiers.
This is the promotion and recognition layer.
What it evaluates:
- Content quality and originality
- Narrative contribution to Dropsy
- Influence on builders and developer ecosystems
- Strategic collaborations and external impact
- Discipline and long-term consistency
This layer determines:
- Tier progression
- Allocation distribution
- Recognition and strategic roles
Content Standards
Dropsy’s primary audience is builders, developers, and project teams exploring infrastructure for token distribution.
Ambassador content should be written for that audience — not for airdrop hunters or passive observers.
The goal is to communicate why Dropsy matters structurally, not just what it is.
What Good Ambassador Content Looks Like
-
Original voice
Written naturally by the ambassador, not copied or templated from announcements or AI-generated posts. -
Builder-focused
Explains why Dropsy’s infrastructure matters to developers, protocols, and teams designing token systems. -
Specific and grounded
References real mechanisms, features, or personal experience interacting with the product. -
Context-aware and timely
Responds to relevant Solana ecosystem updates or Dropsy developments while they are still relevant. -
Accurate and responsible
No speculation, no promises, and no misleading interpretations of Dropsy’s functionality.
What Is Not Allowed
- Generic promotional posts with no substance (e.g. “Great project, check it out”)
- Copy-pasted announcements without added insight or commentary
- Price speculation or any form of financial advice
- Misrepresentation of how Dropsy works or what it provides
- Reposting identical content in any form
A Final Note
The Ambassador Program is designed to scale through structure, not uncontrolled growth.
To maintain signal quality and alignment, participation is intentionally selective at any given time.
Dropsy Protocol is early. The architecture is built, the devnet is live, and the infrastructure is real.
What comes next depends on the community forming around it — and how accurately that community represents what is being built.
Ambassadors are part of the record of how Dropsy came to exist as a community — before mainnet, before listings, and before broader attention.
That early contribution compounds over time.
The quality of what is built and communicated now will define how Dropsy is understood at every stage that follows.
Build something worth being early to.
